My association drills into us that it is color first, then number, then foul.It sounds so strange to hear it number then color.The only foul we signal at the point of infraction is a block or a charge.But then again we just could be rebels...

i am a junior ref, i think that this video is helpful but i am from Australia and some things are a bit different to what was shown in the video

Well in the UK as a table official i have found referees, even at national league level do number then colour...It does seem illogical
